Vendor Set Up Times - Vendors with
prior reservations can enter the building to set up .. starting at 6AM. . Hamfest
workers will assist you with directions to your tables. All vendors must be completely set
up prior to the 7:30 AM opening.
Table Layout -
tables
are set up prior to the Hamfest, providing the maximum amount of room for the
sellers and buyers.
Wall Space - available. on a
first come first served basis.
Electrical Hookup- All table
islands will be supplied with electrical service. Vendors must bring their own
extension cords.
NY State Sales Tax -
Vendors
are responsible to collect any NYS sales tax.
Forfeit

The Greater Buffalo
Hamfest has the option to forfeit
any table's) reservation and deposits made by a vendor
who does not arrive by 9AM.

Beginning 2 days before hamfest. We will be sending and receiving APRS
